- How do I request a return?
Products can be returned to our Warehouses only. But we do not suggest returning products to our warehouses, because the international shipping cost is high and it takes at least 3 months to arrive at our Warehouse. Most of them will be lost during the return. Also, most of the returned products will be damaged on the way. To request a return, please contact us at contact.rustia.co. You will need to provide your order details and reason for the return.
Please return products within 10-14 days after receiving products.
Do not forget to put your Tracking number, otherwise it will not be accepted.
Make sure to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- What is Rustia Co's return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
- What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with the necessary details and any supporting evidence to assist with the evaluation process.
Rustia Co. offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.
Rustia Co. offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).
Notes:
- For damaged packing boxes, Rustia Co. cannotoffer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distant international delivery.
- For ordinary, electronic products, Customershall complain or open a dispute to Rustia Co. within 10-14 days after packages are delivered.
- Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.
- Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange. But we only exchange item if they are defective or damaged. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
- What is the refund process?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us.
- What is the European Union 14-day cooling off period?
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned in our general return policy. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
